StageVault Pro is a mobile application developed and owned by North View Enterprises, LLC, an Indiana-based limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the StageVault Pro app.

1. No Data Collection

StageVault Pro is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data or show data on external servers. All data entered into the app — including show details, photos, notes, and documents — is stored locally on your device.

We do not:

  • Collect personal information
  • Use analytics or tracking tools
  • Access or transmit your data to our servers
  • Share your data with third parties

2. Device Permissions

StageVault Pro may request access to certain device features to provide its core functionality:

  • Photos/Media/Files: To allow you to attach photos or documents to your show records
  • Storage: To save and load your show data locally
  • Camera: (if applicable) to allow capturing photos directly from within the app

All permissions are optional and solely used to support in-app features. No data is shared or sent outside the app.

3. Data Export & Backup

StageVault Pro includes optional import/export tools so you can:

  • Back up your show data to a file (stored locally or in a service you choose, like iCloud or Dropbox)
  • Transfer data between devices

These features are manual and under your full control. StageVault Pro does not automatically sync or back up data.

4. Children's Privacy

StageVault Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if app functionality changes in a way that affects your data. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
